Originally from the vineyard dotted shores of Northern California, Todd is now proud to call Los Feliz home.
Todd was born into real estate. Coming from a family of brokers, contractors, and interior designers, he saw designs created and deals getting done at the dinner table.
As a renovation specialist, he delights in seeing homes come up to their true potential and can always see possibilities where others cannot. Having a particular interest in dramatic architecture like Brutalism and Art Deco, he is constantly inspired by Northeast Los Angeles and all its uniqueness.
Todd champions his clients in every way. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer or a seasoned developer listing your newest project, Todd makes all the difference in helping a transaction function more efficiently through improved communication and problem-solving.
Todd is also certified as a divorce real estate professional (RCS-D). He was trained by the nation’s leading expert in divorce real estate, Professor Kelly Lise Murray, JD.
By working with lawyers and homeowners early in divorce proceedings, Todd can help identify and cure problem areas within the case file and make other distractions go away so the principals can focus on what’s most important – their smooth transition.
