We are not a construction company and we do not own a staging warehouse. We are the people who run the job for you.
We bring the vendors we already trust. Contractors, stagers, painters, landscapers, photographers. You skip the designer fee and the project management fee because we are on site doing that work ourselves.
That experience pays again at inspection. When a buyer comes back with a repair request or a contractor estimate, we know what is a real problem and what is a number someone inflated to take a bite out of your price.
